My journey as a performing arts photographer began when I was commissioned to photograph the UK Street Dance Championships, capturing iconic dance groups such as Diversity and Flawless.
That early experience sparked a lasting passion for documenting movement, performance and storytelling through photography.
Since then, I have specialised in performing arts photography, working across theatre, dance and live performance.
From stage productions and unit stills to backstage moments and behind-the-scenes storytelling, my work is focused on capturing the energy, emotion and atmosphere that make each performance unique.

As an experienced performing arts photographer, I’m continually inspired by the ability of performers to transform movement into emotion and transport audiences into entirely new worlds. It’s something I never tire of capturing.
I am always in awe of the skill, discipline and dedication that performers bring to their craft. They live and breathe what they do, and it’s a privilege to document those moments as a performing arts photographer both on stage and behind the scenes (because, quite frankly, you wouldn’t want to see me dancing on stage!)

For nearly a decade, I’ve been the official photographer at the Brighton Fringe Festival, working across a huge variety of performances—from street theatre and cabaret in the Spiegeltent to immersive and experimental productions.
This experience has given me a deep understanding of how to work in fast-paced, unpredictable environments, adapting quickly to capture authentic, story-led images that reflect the true spirit of each performance.
I regularly work with theatre companies, dance groups, performers and arts organisations to create performing arts photography that supports marketing, publicity and long-term creative archives.
